PHP/LAMP Development Opportunity

I am looking for development of a site which will comprise of approximately 10-20 pages, of which maybe 2/3 will be data input screens.
I have a hosted LAMP stack. I will be building the backend schema and will provide any information you need regarding this schema (it will be a basic schema, with probably no more than a dozen tabes).
I have a rough idea of how I'd like the site to look but I'd be hoping you could add to this.
